Everyone has at least one unique talent! If we imitate someone or necessarily want to be like this or that, then we give away our uniqueness!
count on your own talents
There is simply no other Elvis in this world!
There is also no second Mozart, but there is a Beethoven, a Wagner, a Bach. Each has focused on HIS talent and so everyone was successful with HIS works. This is the same in business. Or do you know a second Steve Jobs? Don’t try not to become like your boss or your supervisor if you want to be really authentic and successful. Stay with your own talent!
an example for a time
Of course, it is good to have an example for a certain time. This is important in life and can motivate us to action and change. But live our own talents, we just need to perceive when a model is not a model anymore and I got to go my own way. If we follow a model for too long, we are pretty sure no (longer) in our own authentic way.
With TAR®, we can listen to our 3 components and realize the right time when we should let go of our models. (Please do not confuse models with fan! One can without any problems be a lifetime fan of a football club, a band, a sport, an artist, etc.).
If we are honest with our 3 components, then we can accept that we are all different. Certain things we just can not do, but others can do. One is big and strong, the other is small and slight. Someone can think better, the other one has more courage. The aim is to find our own unique 3 component mix. Then we can create something special and that we do this with ease because we act out our all natural energy.
If we try to be someone who we are not, we need a higher energy consumption. We must try harder and perhaps for something we are not, don’t want! Paradox or?
So, stay with you and listen to yourself. Our 3 components tells us constantly what is right for us.
